Its all about licensing. Haven't seen a new family guy or simpsons game in awhile. Look at the simpsons arcade game for xbox 360 it was quickly delisted. None of the other family guy or simpsons games were put on the backwards compatibility list so I doubt this one will as well. The family guy games looked pretty funny but I never got to play them.
