Get Flamethrowers
To get a Flamethrower at your hideout you’ll need to put out a total of 6 fires, that is 20 on each of the 3 islands. You don’t have to put out all of the fires at once, this can be done over a period of time.

Unlimited Health and Adrenaline Pills
Save a total of 50 people while playing paramedic missions and you’ll be awarded with unlimited health icons at your hideout.

Police bribe
In vigilante mode, make 20 kills on each of the three islands and you’ll unlock 6 police bribes that is available at your hideout. You should be doing this in any law enforecement vehicle, and while not playing through any normal mission. While in the car, press R3 to allow you to chase down criminals kill them.

Taxi Speedup
After you have collected 100 fares in cab mode, you’ll unlock the taxi speedup.
